This bottle-fermented Aglianico rosé, produced on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius using the ancestral method, is an authentic and vibrant expression of its volcanic terroir. The grapes come exclusively from Aglianico vineyards grown on sandy, mineral-rich soils shaped by volcanic ash and lava, which give the wine a strong identity and a natural salinity. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, and the secondary fermentation is completed in the bottle without disgorgement, preserving the wine’s integrity, vitality, and genuine character. In the glass it appears slightly cloudy, with a bright cherry-pink hue and a fine, irregular effervescence. On the nose it offers fresh and fragrant aromas of wild strawberries, cherry, and pomegranate, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate it is fresh, lively, and dynamic, with a gentle mousse that enhances drinkability, light and well-integrated tannins, and a savory, persistent finish. A rosé with strong character and a true sense of place, ideal for convivial moments.
