Vintage 2023
It has a ruby red color, warm, decisive and long.
It has aromas of ripe red berries, wild berries, licorice, flint.
It ages in French oak barriques for about 6 months and then a short aging in the bottle.
It pairs well with rich pasta dishes, grilled red meats and game, and spicy cheeses.

Our vineyards grow on the volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvius: mineral-rich, dry, and exposed to the sun of the Gulf. Each bottle carries the character of this land — made of volcano, sea, and hands that have cultivated for three generations.
