E' Frisc - Igp Pompeiano Rosato Frizzante

È Frisc’ is more than just a name; it is a promise. This sparkling rosé is born from the strength of 100% pure Aglianico, crafted according to the ancient Ancestral Method: fermentation is completed directly in the bottle without the addition of sugars or selected yeasts. By preserving its natural lees, the wine maintains its charming, natural turbidity.

The result? A "living" wine—unadulterated and incredibly thirst-quenching—that captures the energy of the sun and volcanic soil in every bubble.

Tasting Notes

  • Color: An intense and cloudy cherry pink (cerasuolo), typical of natural re-fermentation on its own lees.

  • Bouquet: An explosion of wild red berries (raspberry, woodland strawberry) and bread crust, with a mineral and citrusy note that teases the senses.

  • Palate: Dynamic, fresh, and pleasantly dry. The bubbles are subtle and never intrusive, perfect for cleansing the palate. The finish is savory, with a lingering hint of pomegranate.

Why Is It Unique?

It is an artisanal wine, "unfiltered and unmasked," dedicated to those who love authentic, unconventional flavors. This is the wine of conviviality: shake it gently before opening if you wish to enjoy the full complexity of the lees, or pour delicately for a clearer sip.

Pairings

  • Aperitivos: Local cured meats, fresh cheeses, and traditional Neapolitan fried treats (pizzette fritte, montanare).

  • Pizza: The perfect companion for a Margherita con Bufala or a white pizza with escarole.

  • Seafood: Clam sauté, frittura di paranza (mixed small fried fish), or shellfish.

Producer's Tip: Serve ice-cold (6-8°C). It is the ideal companion for summer sunsets or for adding a touch of liveliness to any gathering with friends. It’s Frisc’, it’s good, it’s real.

FROM THE VESUVIUS VINEYARD

Wines that tell a story of their land

Our vineyards grow on the volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvius: mineral-rich, dry, and exposed to the sun of the Gulf. Each bottle carries the character of this land — made of volcano, sea, and hands that have cultivated for three generations.
