This wine is made exclusively from Primitivo grapes grown on the estate.
Vintage 2023
This wine has an intense ruby red color, tending towards garnet, with a full and flavorful taste. The soft tannins and alcohol create a good balance, and its elegance is impressive. Fresh and harmonious.
On the nose, it expresses notes of red jam, raspberry, blueberry, and wild strawberry.
It is aged in French oak barriques for 12 months, followed by another 12 months of aging in the bottle.
It pairs very well with soups, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It can accompany dark chocolate and is a meditation wine.
