The Art of Wood

In this wine, the use of wood is a work of "tailoring":

• Oak provides structure and a delicate spicy note.

• Acacia respects the fragrance of the grape variety, lending softness and honeyed nuances that blend seamlessly with the natural minerality of the lava soil.

• Color: Intense golden yellow, brilliant and with great consistency in the glass.

• Bouquet: An evolved and layered bouquet. Notes of ripe apricot and candied orange peel meet hints of vanilla, acacia flowers, and a touch of melted butter—all resting on a mineral and smoky foundation.
