Sparkling wine made from Aglianico grapes
Production method: slow Charmat, with aging on lees at controlled temperature; 2 months of bottle aging.
It has a pale pink color with fine and persistent perlage.
Taste: Floral, flavorful and lively, fresh and harmonious; hints of wild strawberries and pink grapefruit
It pairs well with delicate fish and vegetable dishes, bruschetta with Vesuvio cherry tomatoes, desserts, and is excellent as an aperitif.
